SOUAHOST NZ operates exclusively as a highly isolated sovereign infrastructure atelier. This document defines our absolute commitment to data security, programmatic separation, and strict non-disclosure, governed strictly under the statutory framework of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
1. Sovereign Governance Boundary
Unlike multi-tenant public cloud ecosystems, all metadata, token footprints, and cryptographic runtime state layers managed by SOUAHOST are entirely retained within the physical borders of New Zealand. Physical asset compute clusters are strictly restricted to the secure AKL-01 Cluster Zone located in Auckland.
2. Scope of Minimal Metadata Acquisition
To preserve absolute network performance and zero-leak integrity, SOUAHOST does not implement profiling trackers, advertising cookies, or behavioral analysis frameworks. We analyze only the following core telemetry artifacts required for system isolation:
- Infrastructure Protocol Vectors: Cryptographic invitation tokens entered at the Registry Gate to verify cryptographic clearance.
- Federated Cross-Guild Identifiers: Minimal OAuth 2.0 / OIDC secure tokens transmitted from approved identity pipelines (e.g., Discord API) to establish session trust bounds.
- Hardware Defensive Vectors: Sliding-window token metrics and transaction rate telemetry collected via local rate-defenders to prevent malicious thread overhead.
All TLS 1.3 logging arrays utilize post-quantum Kyber-encrypted JSON formatting. Cross-tenant metadata indexing, automated backplane inspection, and telemetry leakage are mathematically impossible inside our container matrices.
3. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Limitations
SOUAHOST refuses to sell, lease, weaponize, or distribute enterprise telemetry to any multi-tenant ad-tech networks or foreign cloud broker entities. Data separation is structured at the core bare-metal schema level, ensuring that information from one private tenant container can never bleed into another.
4. Data Deletion & Cryptographic Purging
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, entities retain absolute rights to review, correct, or request the immediate purging of structural connection logs. Upon corporate board vetting or direct decommissioning orders via our secure board mail arrays, server-side data clusters undergo permanent zero-fill cryptographic shredding within 72 hours.
